Farah holds a Master of Science degree in community nutrition. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in the US, Canada, and UAE.
Farah has more than 15 years of experience in various nutrition and health-related fields including clinical nutrition, corporate wellness, executive health, research, management, national nutrition policy development, and community health promotion.
Farah’s nutrition philosophy is to help educate, empower, and elevate her clients’ health and promote longevity using precision nutrition as well as evidence-based cutting-edge research. In addition to working one-on-one with clients, Farah is proactive and continues to offer nutrition training workshops to healthcare professionals, corporates, and the community at large.
Farah’s work has appeared in several media outlets including tv, radio, magazines, and newspaper. She has presented at several national scientific conferences on a range of topics including: functional nutrition, obesity, diabetes, nutrigenomics, and gut microbiome.
