Tan Yihong holds a PhD in Management and is an associate research librarian at the National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She previously served as a visiting scholar at Cornell University. She is currently Head of the New Media Team at China SciThink and Executive Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the journal High-Tech & Industrialization. She has long been engaged in both practice and research in science and technology decision-making consulting and science communication.
