Dr. Najwa AlSaeed is a distinguished author, researcher, news contributor, and analyst with a focus on the GCC and the MENA region. She is also a seasoned consultant in government communication and public relations, holding certifications in digital and social media marketing and communications. Currently, Dr. AlSaeed serves as an Assistant Professor at the College of Communication, City University Ajman. Beyond academia, she contributes as a columnist for two renowned publications, Al-Ittihad and Arab News. Professional Profile Dr. AlSaeed’s expertise lies in digital media and journalism, with a focus on media strategy and communication direction. Her research in government communications emphasizes public diplomacy, peace-building, promoting tolerance and coexistence, crisis management, conflict resolution, and combating extremism that could lead to terrorism.
In development communication, her work addresses health education, and social development, while her geopolitical research concentrates on the Gulf region. She previously worked as a Researcher at the Emirates Centre for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) in Abu Dhabi from January 2019 to September 2020.
