Chantal joined Sky News Arabia in October 2014 and currently presents the “News Room,” a two-hour political program that covers the most important political subjects. Additionally, Saliba hosts the well-known “Kawkabuna,” translated as “Our Planet,” a special program covering environment and climate change issues.
Previously, Chantal presented “The Nine,” a one-hour news bulletin covering the latest in politics, business, medicine, technology, and sports news from around the world. Chantal began her TV career in Lebanon as a producer and presenter for the “Min Yom La Yom” program, a daily live program dedicated to social and cultural issues that aired on Arab Woman TV. She then worked at MTV Lebanon as a producer and presenter for a real estate program before establishing herself as one of MTV Lebanon’s news anchors.
Before venturing into TV, Chantal taught homeless children on behalf of the charity organization World Vision and worked as the Assistant Director for the Campus of Human Science at Saint-Joseph University in Beirut. She also obtained a Master’s degree in International Relations as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Science. Chantal is an experienced moderator, having facilitated several panel discussions at various events, including the “Abu Dhabi Ideas Weekend” session and many others.
