Yasmine, a licensed clinical dietitian, graduated with a master’s degree in food technology in 2006 and a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2003 from the American University of Beirut (A.U.B.).
In 2008, she played an vital role in the establishment and growth of one of the first diet centers in Dubai. From 2020-2023, she was part of a multi-specialty and multi-award winning clinic located in Dubai Healthcare city specialized in pediatrics. From 2023 until present, Ms. Haddad has joined the American Center for Neurology and Psychiatry (ACPN) a leading medical facility operating since 2008 across the UAE.
She regularly appears on major live broadcasts and public health forums as a subject matter expert on the topics of nutrition awareness most notably the International Pediatric Medical Congress (IPMC) held in Dubai.
She is also a member of the Academy of Eating Disorders (AED) and the NNedPro Global Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health.
