Ahmed El Seragy

Ahmed Alboksmaty is a medical doctor and public health professional, currently working at the University of Cambridge as an Academic Clinical Fellow in Primary Care and Public Health, as part of his GP Specialty Registrar role of NHS England.

He also co-leads module teaching in Health Policy with the Institute of Global Health Innovation (IGHI), Imperial College London. Since early 2019, Dr Alboksmaty has been providing consultancies to the World Health Organization (WHO) in Quality and Patient Safety, mainly in the Eastern Mediterranean Region.

Dr Alboksmaty holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Alexandria University, Egypt, and a Master of Public Health from Imperial College London, as an alumnus of the prestigious Chevening Scholarship 2017-18.
